NATIONAL PARK

Kojiri Enchi Park course

The Kojiri Enchi Park was developed around the Hakone Visitor Center to allow guests to experience the natural landscapes, wildlife, and flora or the Hakone area. The park extends from the Hakone Visitor Center to the shores of Lake Ashi. The numerous park trails are easily accessible and offer light nature walks in the highlands of Hakone. This is also one of the few spots in Hakone that offer sites for camping and rental cabins.

The Hakone Visitor Center has many displays and information about the natural highlights of the area. This is a recommended first stop to pick up information on hiking trails and learn about the nature of Hakone. The center features topographical models, photographs, video displays and other media. In addition to the permanent displays are guided walks, nature programs, and a craft corner.

The park is easily accessible from the Togendai Ropeway Station on Lake Ashi or by bus.
