This hotel is located in the Sengokuhara highlands of Hakone and is convenient for access to many of Hakone’s museums and natural sites. At Shinanoki Ichinoyu, you can enjoy two types of hot springs: sulfur spring and alkaline simple spring. In addition, the bath tubs in the inn’s bathhouse are equipped with bakuhanseki soap, which enhances the bathing effect. In 2009, the “Shinanoki Ichinoyu Betsutei” opened, with all guest rooms equipped with a private open-air bath. This property is a part of the Ichinoyu group which has a history of running accommodation in Hakone since 1630 with their ryokan in Tonosawa.
Meals are served in the main building located at the center of the Shinanoki buildings.
