When travelling from the south, the Shinkansen will make a stop at Odawara Station. Please check the train schedule to make sure your specific bullet train stops at Odawara. It may be necessary to change the shinkansen at Atami. At Odawara Station you will need to transfer to the Odakyu line for the short 15 ride to Yumoto, Hakone.

If travelling by car, exit the Tomei Expressway at Gotemba IC.

From Odawara

There are many buses leaving Odawara Station which you can use to reach the Hakone Visitor Center. The Hakone Tozan Bus headed for Togendai will take you past the Visitor Center bus stop (50min).
