Maintenance work on the Hakone Ancient Road (Hatajuku Yamane area):

To pass on the Hakone Ancient Road, a valuable historical site of the town,to future generations, maintenance work will be carried out.

During the construction period, the Hatajuku Yamane area of ​​the Hakone Ancient Road will be closed to vehicles. Therefore, it will not be possible to view the milestones or stroll along the cobblestone path. This section is dangerous and entry is prohibited under any circumstances.

 Please use Prefectural Road 732 as a detour. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
