The owner-chef, who trained in kaiseki, carefully prepares his dishes using only the finest ingredients, including fresh sea bream landed at Odawara Port.
Tai Gohan is rice cooked in kombu dashi (kelp broth) with natural water from Hakone and the seabream is grilled with natural salt and served with rice.
This is a full-course menu that includes a seasonal dish that changes monthly, the very popular “tai kama” (sea bream fish cake) cooked in a pot, the famous “瓔豆腐” (tofu with soy sauce), and dessert.
For the main meal, choose between rice cooked with tai (seabream) or tai chazuke.
