The "Garden Broche" is an original firewood stove installed on the terrace and used to bake main dish. Our main dish, which you will not be able to taste anywhere else, showcase all the skill of our master chef. "Garden Broche," a culinary delight you will not find even in first-class restaurants. This Broche allows to cook the meat in three different ways, either skewering on a long spit and baking it while turning it ("rotisserie"), "smoking" it after placing on a net or "grilling" it on fiery-red glowing embers, thus offering a menu that truly brings out the taste of the ingredients.

Western-style breakfast is served daily at　""La Forêt"" restaurant (7:30 to 9:30).
For Japanese-style breakfast, please book in advance by 20:00 on the day before.
